The Flip by Michael Phillip Cash Review

Title: The Flip

Genre: Paranormal

Thoughts: A good ghost story.

Book Synopsis:

Julie and Brad Evans are house flippers. They buy low, clean out the old occupants junk, and try to make a profit. Enter Hemmings House on Bedlam Street in scenic Cold Spring Harbor, Long Island. Too good a deal to pass up, but with an ominous secret. The old Victorian Mansion has dwellers that do not want to be dispossessed. As the house reveals it's past, will the couples marriage survive The Flip?

Review:

I really enjoyed this book, though reading it while hunting for my first house may not have been the best idea... Though the book can be a bit creepy, it's not too scary. It's actually a good romance, but not so romantic that it can't be enjoyed by male readers. Both genders will find The Flip by Michael Phillip Cash to be unique and fast-paced. I highly recommend this one to fans of ghost stories.
